The Forum is for sharing and discussing difficult or interesting cases. Forum membership is via case submission. The case does not have to be publication or conference level; a 10-20 minute presentation with the key clinical details, surrounding relevant clinicopathological details and flow plots is generally the norm. After you have submitted your Forum membership application, we will reach out to you via email.
