Lately we have been made aware of several scam emails and phishing attempts to speakers/participants of international conferences. The emails are from support(at)hotelservices.org pretending to offer booking your hotel room for the Congress. If you are contacted by that email address, or another one you don't know, please do not reply! Please do not share your contact and/or credit card details with anyone approaching you by phone, email, WhatsApp or text message.

DISCOUNTED RATES FOR SELECTED HOTELS
Discounted rates for several hotels are available for ESCCA delegates.
To benefit from the ESCCA discounted rates and conditions you are advised to make your reservation as soon as possible. We have not been able to secure room blocks. Moreover, Belfast hosts another international meeting with partly overlapping dates!
For most hotels, no pre-payment is needed, only a credit card guarantee, and favorable cancellation conditions are offered.
