Why volunteer?
- Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, get connected and network with scientists and professionals dedicated to the various aspects of clinical cell analysis
- You will be given free access to ESCCA 2022
- You will gain practical experience in the organisational aspects of conferences
- Volunteers play an integral role and contribute to the success of the meeting
- You will receive a Certificate of Assistance & Attendance

General information
Abstract book
The individual abstracts will be available in the congress app. The Abstract Book will be accessible via a link in the congress app (see 'More'). After the Congress the abstract can be downloaded from the ESCCA membership section.
Accreditation
Accreditation will NOT be applied for. You will receive a personal certificate of attendance stating the number of contact hours will be sent to you by e-mail after the Conference.
Certificate of attendance and Certificate of Presentation
A personal certificate of attendance stating the number of contact hours/credits will be sent to you by e-mail after the Conference. Abstract presenters will receive a Certificate of Presentation as well.
Conference Language
The official conference language is English.
Dress Code
The dress code during the entire meeting including the Conference Dinner is 'smart casual'.
Presentations educational streams (PAR sessions)
The presentations of the educational sessions will be available on this website after the Conference. Registered participants will receive an access code by email after the Conference. The presentations will be available for a limited time. If you are an ESCCA member, you will have unlimited access to the presentations of all courses through the members’ page of the ESCCA website. There, you can already view the presentations of previous conferences.
Electricity - adapters needed!
Plugs and sockets are different from the European and US ones and involve a three-pronged formation. Do not forget to bring a plug adapter! Electricity is supplied at 220 V – 50 Hz AC.
Internet
Free WiFi will be available in the conference venue for roaming and browsing on mobile phones, tablets/iPads.
Insurance
Delegates are advised to arrange adequate travel, health and other insurance before they leave their home country. The Organising Committee and the Conference organisers will not be liable and will not compensate for any damage incurred to participants during the ESCCA Conference.
