SCAM / PHISHING ALERT 

We have been made aware of fraudulent emails, asking you to provide your travel details "to finalize your reservation for your upcoming conference visit to Palma in September.
The sender is Global Travel Experts, using several emails with extension @gtravelmanagement.com, or @gtravelservices.com, @gtravelhosting.com and more.

THIS IS SPAM. Please do not reply to this email or take any action; this is not an official ESCCA Conference communication. Block this sender and delete the email immediately.

This company is not in any way affiliated to the ESCCA Conference. This company targets many conferences in Europe. Please be assured that ESCCA has not provided participants' email addresses to this or any other company and does not publish participant emails online.

Any similar, unsollicited emails from other companies are scam. ESCCA and the organisers of Your Conference Support will NOT approach you by phone, email, WhatsApp or text message to offer so-called ‘good deals’ on hotel rooms. 

Room blocks in the Meliá Palma Bay, which has been chosen as ESCCA Headquarter's hotel, and some other hotels have been taken into option. Unfortunately, due to the high season we have not been able to take room blocks in more hotels. 

You are advised to reserve your room at your earliest convenience as the room blocks are limited in all suggested hotels. 

The Convention Centre is located only 2 km from the city centre. Frequent public buses link the Convention Centre with the city centre, but you can also rent a bike and cycle path along Palma bay (15 minutes), or even go on foot (some 25 minutes to La Seu cathedral and the historic centre).

ESCCA HQ HOTEL

The 4-star hotel Meliá Palma Bay will be the ESCCA Headquarter's hotel. It is connected directly to the Convention Centre. Rooms at the reduced ESCCA rates are subject to availability. Only a limited number of rooms are available.

ESCCA special conditions:

  • Reduced room rates for ESCCA delegates
  • Rates include breakfast and taxes
  • Only a credit card guarantee is needed to guarantee your reservation
  • No prepayment is required
  • Rooms can be cancelled free of charge until 14 days prior to arrival (see further below)

 Room rates:

  • Deluxe room - double room single use  € 195 per night, including breakfast and VAT. Supplement double use:  € 16 per person and night.
  • Excluding city tax: € 4,40 per person and per night, payable at the hotel

Cancellation policy:

  • From to 14 to 8 days prior arrival date, 1 night (bed and breakfast) will be charged as cancellation fee. 
  • From to 7 to 4 days prior arrival date, 2 nights (bed and breakfast) will be charged as cancellation fee. 
  • From 72 hours prior arrival date or no-show, total stay amount will be charged as cancellation fee

Reservations: After you have accessed the dedicated reservation page via the button here below, FIRST select the hotel of your choice via the search function in the pop-up reservation banner (left hand site, at 'Hotel, city or destination'). 
Only then continue with selecting the arrival and departure dates and number of guests. (If you fail to select the hotel, the page will freeze after you have entered your dates.)

Hotel Palma Bellver affiliated by Melia

This hotel is located at 2,7 km from the Convention Centre, on the Paseo Marítimo seafront promenade in Palma with views on the bay and the Palma Cathedral, La Seu. The Convention Centre can be reached by public bus in 30 minutes (1 switch needed), but only 15 minutes by bicycle via the cycle line running along the seafront. A taxi will take some 10 minutes.

Room rate: Double room single use  € 199 per night, including breakfast and VAT, excluding city tax.

INNSiDE by Melía Palma Bosque  

This hotel is located at 3,6 km from the Convention Centre, just a few steps from the seafront promenade and the fashionable district of Santa Catalina. The Convention Centre can be reached by public bus in 30-40 minutes with 1 switch, but much faster by bicycle via the cycle lane along the seafront (some 15 minutes) or by taxi (10 minutes).  

Room rate: Double room single use  € 205 per night, including breakfast and VAT, excluding city tax.

Location: at some 20 minutes by direct bus from the convention centre. Departure every 6 minutes.

Rates and conditions: A 5% discount applies on the regular rates. The promo code is valid until 10 September. A 100% prepayment will be required to confirm the reservation.  

Cancellation policy:

  • Until 60 days before arrival: We will charge 30% of the total amount of the room/s cancelled 
  • From 60 days to 45 days before the arrival: We will charge  60% of the total amount of the room/s cancelled 
  • From 45 days to 15 days before the arrival: We will charge 75% of the total amount of the room/s cancelled 
  • From 15 days to 7 days before the arrival: We will charge 90% of the total amount of the room/s cancelled 
  • Less than 7 days before the arrival or No shows at hotel:  We will charge 100% of the total amount of the room/s cancelled

Bo Hotel Palma

This four star plus boutique hotel is located in the heart of Palma, close by the La Seu cathedral. For more info, see https://bohotelpalma.com/en 

Location: Walking distance to the conference centre: 25 minutes. A direct bus departing every 6 minutes will take you there in 13 minutes.

Rates: Discounted rates for ESCCA delegates availabe with the below promo code. These depend on the time of booking and the room type you select. A one-night, non-refundable deposit applies.The other conditions are shown under Info at the selected room.
