IMPORTANT UPDATE per 27 August:

The ESCCA room blocks at the Park Plaza and Inntel hotels have had to be released for public sale. They might still have a few rooms left,  please see 'Information and reservation' at the hotel descriptions further below. 

To date the Hampton by Hilton hotel only has 3 rooms left in the ESCCA room block, but it's worth trying, see also further below.

Other hotels: Due to the Film Festival and some trade shows taking place in the same week, rooms rates in Utrecht are now sky high at this late stage. If you can't get a room in one of the Conference hotels, we can try to book a hotel at tour operator rates. RADISSON PARK PLAZA HOTEL ****

The Radisson Park Plaza will be the Congress' headquarters hotel. It is a five minute walk from the Central Station and some 10 minutes from the Congress venue.

Directions: Arriving by train at Utrecht Central Station, take the exit Jaarbeursplein. Take the stairs or escalators down to street level, turn right. From there it is approx. 5 minutes to the hotel: walk past the NH Utrecht hotel, continue on the right hand side of the street, pass through a small tunnel – you will find the hotel at your left hand side.

Rates: 

• Superior room - Queen for single use € 175 / Double or twin room € 195 
• Executive room - King for single use € 195 / Double or twin room € 215 

The above mentioned rates are exclusive of city tax. This tax is automatically added to the room rate in the online reservation system.

INNTEL HOTELS UTRECHT CENTRE ****

Location/directions: Located at a four minute's walk from the Central Station and less than 15 minutes from the Conference venue. Arriving by train at Utrecht Central Station, take the exit Stationsplein. Turn left at Stationsplein. You will find the hotel on your left, immediately after having passed the bicycle parking. See also the hotel's website.

Rates: Double room single use € 165 / Double or twin room € 181

Conditions: Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. No prepayment is needed. Free cancellation until 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations beyond that deadline and in case of no show, the full stay will be charged to your credit card.
