Depending on the sponsor category, exhibitors are entitled to a certain number of complimentary registrations, exhibitor badges and dinner tickets. Confirmed sponsors will automatically receive a Sponsor Registration form as soon as it is available.

The complimentary registrations included in the sponsor package can be used for booth staff wishing to attend the scientific sessions. Yearly Corportate Sponsors and main Conference sponsors (Premier, Platinum and Gold) can also use these registrations for their guests and/or the speaker(s) they invite for their ESCCA Industrial Partner Presentation. 

Additional full registrations can be purchased via the regular online registration system.

Exhibitor passes give access to the Exhibition and include catering during all scheduled breaks. Exhibitor passes do not allow access to the scientific sessions.

Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased at 250 euro via the Excel registration form that will be sent to the sponsors.

Main Conference sponsors (Premier, Platinum and Gold) are entitled to a number of complimentary tickets for the Conference Dinner. Additional tickets can be purchased through the sponsor registration form. Silver sponsors can purchase dinner tickets through the sponsor registration form as well.

Instructions will be sent to confirmed sponsors in June.
