Key dates & deadlines

The following deadlines are valid for all types of registration:

Early online registration    15 May - 31 July 2017 23:59:59 CEST1
Late online registration     1 August - 10 September 2017 23:59:59 CEST1
On-site registration            from 11 September 20172 

1 Payment must be received by the Registration Office within the indicated period.
2 The online registration system will be closed on that date; after that you cannot register online anymore. Please register on-site at the registration desk on Saturday 23 September between 17.00-19.30 hrs. For the opening hours on Sunday and the following days, please see the General Info page.

(1) Your membership status will be verified with ESCCA. To be eligible for the reduced registration fee for members, your membership should be valid until at least September 2017. 
(2) Please note that proof of scholarship may be requested upon registration or on-site in Thessaloniki.

 

Registration for the ESCCA 2017 Conference includes: 

  • Admission to all sessions, including 1 education programme of your choice (pre-registration required) 1

  • On-line Education programme presentations 2

1 Pre-registration for one of the three education programmes is required through the online registration form. 
2 For delegates who attended the education sessions only. However, ESCCA members will be given access to the presentations at the membership section of the ESCCA website, even when not having attended the education sessions.

 

Registration on Wednesday 27/9 only includes: 

  • Admission to all sessions on Wednesday 
  • Coffee / tea during the programme breaks and lunch
  • Delegate bag with programme
  • On-line Abstract Book
  • Certificate of Attendance

 

Registration for the Pre-conference training course on Saturday 23/9 only:

  • Admission to the course
  • Coffee / tea during the break

Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons do not need to register. Accompanying persons do not have access to the conference programme and conference breaks. For the Conference Dinner on Monday, delegates can purchase tickets for accompanying persons through the online registration system.

 

Groups: Collective invoice and / or collective pick up

You must complete and submit an online group registration form

  • If you need one collective invoice for the registration fees of your group / delegates, and / or
  • If you want to organise one collective pick up of name badges and bags for your group / delegates

There is no reduced fee or discount for group registrations. The individual registration fees are applicable.
To register a group, please contact the Registration Office and indicate that you have a group to register.

Name change

An additional fee of € 30 will be charged for a name change. After 10 September 2017 name changes are not possible anymore. Name changes must be sent by email to the Registration Office.

 

Cancellation
  • 15% fee on cancellations received on or before 15 July 2017
  • 50% fee on cancellation received between 16 July and 31 August 2017
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 31 August 2017

Cancellation charges will apply for all bookings. Cancellations must be sent by email to the Registration Office. Refunds will not be given to any registrant who does not attend without advance cancellation notice (no show).

 

Certificate of Attendance

Your certificate of attendance will be sent to you by email, approximately two weeks after the Conference.

 

Visas

Delegates who need a visa should apply directly to the Greek embassy or consulate in their own country. Please note that the organisers cannot assist with the application. The Registration Office can issue a Letter of Inviation, provided that you have registered and paid for the Conference. After you have registered and paid, please send a request by email to the Registration Office, stating your full name, institute details (name, city), email, date of birth, place of birth, passport number and expiration date of the passport. The Letter of Invitation will be emailed to you within 5 working days. Please note that this letter of invitation does not imply any financial responsibility for ESCCA and/or the organisers. Please make sure to allow ample time for your visa application!

1. Registration for the Conference, and, if desired, the Pre-conference training course: click here.

2. Registration for the Pre-conference training course only, without attending the ESCCA Conference: click here

 

By accessing and/or using the online registration system you agree to the terms and conditions.

The online registration system is a secured environment. Please fill in the required information; don't forget to select one of the education programmes for which pre-registration is required. 

After having completed the online form, press 'submit'.

Please note: You are a registered participant only after we have received payment of your registration fee! Until then, your place in one of the education programmes is not secured. 

 

Payment options
  • By credit card: AMEX, VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Secure online payments are made though the designated online registration system.
  • By bank transfer: Please do not transfer any fees until you have received your invoice. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail.

 

Confirmation of registration

After having submitted your registration you will receive an automatically generated e-mail acknowledging submission of your registration. Check your spam box if you don't receive it within a few minutes.

Once the Registration Office has handled your registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration or an invoice by e-mail.
